This was my first visit here. I ordered the lunch special, which comes with a slice of cheese pizza, and I added pepperoni and fresh mozzarella. When I got there and gave my name, the blonde girl with her hair pulled back told me, “Oh, it’s not quite ready.” I said okay and went to sit down. She came right back out and said, “Oh, it’s ready.” I told her the order status said it would be another two or three minutes. She said, “No, it’s ready.” I even asked her, “You sure?” and she said yes. And this is what I got. The only thing that was actually cooked was the original cheese slice. The pepperoni was not cooked. The fresh mozzarella was not cooked. They were both just added on top of an already cooked slice, and they apparently did not even bother to run it back through the oven. The pizza was lukewarm, the pepperoni was still uncooked, and the fresh mozzarella was literally sliding off because it had never been heated. Look at the picture. That is exactly what they handed me after telling me it was ready. I’m not going back and I’m not calling to ask why they did this. This is simply bad business. I’m 49 years old, and if I owned a company like Paisano’s, I would get to the

Cheaper and way better than Olive Garden! And I say that as someone who used to work for Olive Garden. They use fresh and authentic ingredients, from the entrees to the complementary bread. The service was great and respectful, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Perfect way to end your hangouts with friends, or grocery trips!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Piesanos. The pizza was delicious and so was the bread. Our waitress Sierra was very hospitable and deserves a raise. If you are in the Oviedo area, come try this place out. It’s so good!

Usually one of the best in east orlando but last 2 times have been below standard and the last one was just bad. I called for take out and was on hold for 10 minutes before they remembered i was on hold. I ordered an order of brocheta and a xl pizza half cheese half grilled chicken. When o picked it up I questions why it was $50 and they said the brocheta was around $15 and the pizza around $20 plus $10 for the half topping. I aske why $10 if only half a pie and they said its grill chicken and we pit alot on it. I trusted the place since I've been there many times and left without checking. I get home and they gave me a brocheta flatbread which was not close to what I wanted or expected and the pie just had a few pieces of chicken per slice. I called and was told I should have checked before leaving and sent them an email and never got a reply. Again not what they usually provide as service and definitely upset. Service and customer service need to improve.

We had such a wonderful experience at Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. It was family date night with my husband and my son, and everything about the evening was perfect. The first time we ever ate here actually wasn’t in Ocala. We discovered the restaurant there and loved it so much that we were excited to find another location closer to home in Orlando. We sat outside and the atmosphere was beautiful. There was a soft, refreshing breeze and the moon out, which made the whole night feel peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect setting to sit outside and enjoy dinner together. Our waitress, Hunter, was amazing—so kind, attentive, and welcoming. She truly made the whole experience even better with her great service. The pizza was outstanding—honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. You could really taste the quality in everything. The sauce was rich and flavorful, the dough and crust were incredible, and the mozzarella was clearly high quality—you can absolutely taste the difference. We also enjoyed a bottle of Pinot Grigio, which paired perfectly with the pizza. And our little furry friend joined us too, comfortably riding along in his puppy carriage while we enjoyed the eve
